Workers' Compensation Insurance

Required by state law for all employers. This insurance pays for medical care and physical rehabilitation of injured workers, and helps to replace lost wages while they are unable to work. State laws govern the amount of benefits paid and other compensation provisions.

Individual and Group Health Insurance

We represent many healthcare companies, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Pacificare, Healthnet to name a few. Policies and coverage differ depending on the options chosen, i.e. the size of the deductible and/or co-payment. Small Group Health Policies are guaranteed issue, regardless of the pre-existing condition of the participants. The employers must have a minimum of 2 participating in the plan, and no more than 50.

Individual Disability Insurance

Covers you in the event you are not able to perform the major duties of your profession. Individual and group plans are available Employment Practices Liability Liability insurance for employers that covers claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, or sexual harassment toward's the insured employees or former employees, whether or not the allegations are groundless or false.

Directors & Officer Liability / DO

Provides funding for the payment of defense and indemnity costs incurred by the insured, and personally by the insured's directors and officers, for claims brought by creditors, shareholders, employees, competitors or others which arise out of negligent acts or omissions, and for misleading statements, whether or not the allegations are groundless or false.

Billing Errors & Omissions

Coverage that provides payment of defense and indemnity costs incurred by the insured for claims of damage incurred by third parties, which arise out of allegations of the insured's honest mistakes due to incorrect billing procedures.
